Our network Paramedics address a variety of same-day urgent conditions, including respiratory and cardiac issues, skin infections, and musculoskeletal problems. They visit housebound patients or those too unwell to make it to their surgery.

Our Paramedics work within the community to deliver comprehensive patient care tailored to individual needs.
The Paramedic team provides a range of services, including:
Conducting home visits on behalf of GP practices or the PCN
Supporting the frailty team
Assisting the district nursing team
Who can see the Paramedics?
The PCN has four Paramedics who are based out of Queens Avenue Surgery, they cover all the practices in the Network.
